Innovative support for Nature and Landscape management business processes (CMSi)

Staatsbosbeheer

Staatsbosbeheer, Natuurmonumenten and De12Landschappen together want to realize an automated system that supports nature and landscape management, ground and buildings management, and cultural history and recreation. The support needs to encompass the making of (multiple) year plans, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The GBNL project (Joint Nature and Landscape management Basic System) was established in order to achieve this. Primary objective of this project is to work more economically with better quality through working together. A standardized process flow with a shared conceptual framework encourages information exchange and development within and among organisations. This system is an important instrument in accomplishing this.

Staatsbosbeheer has asked Vellekoop & Meesters to facilitate the GBNL-project as a project leader, analyst and motivator as well as to lay the groundwork for effective cooperation among the nature organizations.
